Before starting in real estate sales, Phil Slezak worked in various corporate roles including VP of Sales and Marketing for a Vacation Club with Resorts in the Caribbean, CEO of a Marine Construction Company before selling the company that Phil Slezak started from the ground up, work for family owned development company in the North East and learned the nuts and bolts of home building and real estate sales. Phil openly admits that he owes much of his success to standing on the shoulders of giants (his dad and coaches) and humble implementation. While Phil loves the real estate business, his true inspiration is his family – Phil and his wife Sandy have three young pets that they took in as strays.

Darrin Palumbo

Over 29 Years of Real Estate Experience

Darrin has worked in Real Estate for over 29 years. He has worked for larger real estate companies such as Century 21, Coldwell Banker and Prudential (now known as Berkshire Hathaway Home Services) and the smaller boutique companies of Independent Brokers Realty and Sun Realty. He now makes his real estate home at eXp Realty and loves it!

Darrin has been happily married to his incredible wife Sue for over 22 years, has two wonderful children Jenna and Ryan and also two adopted dogs, Milo the terrier and Duke the hound dog, both are crazy and drive him nuts but he loves them! He is an avid supporter of The Saint Jude’s Children’s Hospital and has been part of the Big Brother Big Sisters organization for over 20 years. One of the activities he is most proud of is his time spent coaching his kids high school soccer team to two conference championships, and their 3v3 soccer team to a national runner up second place finish!
